What are the criteria?
It is important that we find the right piece of land to achieve the best possible outcome for each project. When considering a site, we generally look for the following characteristics:
Each parcel should be at least 750 acres and available for immediate development.
The location should be within close proximity to electrical infrastructure.
The land should receive consistent sun without environmental obstructions.
It should be free of any restrictions that would prohibit or otherwise restrict a solar or battery storage project.
