AUSTIN (March 10, 2023) – Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC today announced the acquisition of two utility-scale solar plus storage projects in MISO-South from affiliates of Galehead Development, LLC. The acquisition adds a combined 465 MW of late-stage solar and storage projects to Treaty Oak’s portfolio and provides additional opportunities to partner with communities and energy consumers in the MISO-South area on clean, low-cost energy solutions. The transaction includes an investment in Galehead’s “ReAcre” land conservation initiative, and the projects are expected to reach commercial operations in the first half of 2025.
